COMPANY - HISTORY

EBL&S and its affiliated companies were founded in 1976 as a real estate acquisition, development and management company.  Over the last three decades, the company has acted as a principal in over one billion dollars of transactions and retains ownership in over 37 properties aggregating over 4,200,000 square feet of retail space.

Long-term involvement has been the watchword of the company, and EBL&S remains committed to developing new and exciting uses for underutilized assets.
