GREEN - Our Green Commitment

As the urban and suburban real estate vistas have changed, EBL&S has shifted focus to capitalize on new frontiers in residential, commercial and retail development.  The company’s strategically located shopping centers lend themselves to exciting mixed-use redevelopment opportunities. The development team at EBL&S has entitled, developed, converted and redeveloped more than 30 commercial properties and thousands of residential units.  Members of the in-house team have also been responsible for the passage of mixed-use Planned Urban Developments and the entitlements and development of several subdivisions. The principals are currently working on transforming three shopping centers into transit-oriented residential villages.
